VASI and Vinexad – Organizers of Vietnam Expo cordially invite all members to register for exhibition and showcase equipment, machinery, components, and high-tech solutions at the Electronics, Machinery, and Supporting Industries Zone at the 34th Vietnam International Trade Fair (VIETNAM EXPO 2025).
This is Vietnam’s longest-running trade fair, established in 1991, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, directed by the Trade Promotion Agency, and organized by VINEXAD. The International Pavilions are a key attraction, bringing together businesses from Cuba, Belarus, South Korea, China, and ASEAN countries (Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar).
VIETNAM EXPO 2025 will feature 500 booths, expecting over 20,000 visitors, including key trade promotion partners and domestic & international businesses looking to expand their network and trade opportunities.

✅ Each participating business will have one or multiple standard booths of 9m² (3m x 3m), including VAT.
✅ Provided facilities:

- 2 fluorescent tube lights
- 1 5A/220V power socket
Participation Fee
VASI members are entitled to a special discount (~50% off the listed price) as follows:
✅ 17,000,000 VND/booth (VAT included) for Made in Vietnam businesses (expected to receive additional support from the State Budget). Eligible businesses include:
- Leading enterprises, large corporations, SMEs operating in industries such as automotive, electronics, textiles, footwear, mechanical engineering, high-tech industries, and finished product manufacturers
- Supporting industries and service providers within the sectoral value chain
✅ 25,000,000 VND/booth (VAT included) for businesses outside the above categories
