As part of the National Trade Promotion Program organized and funded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries (VASI) will organize the Vietnam Pavilion at FABTECH 2026. About FABTECH
FABTECH is the largest metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing exhibition in North America. Held annually, the event attracts nearly 1,500 exhibitors and approximately 30,000 visitors from all 50 U.S. states and more than 70 countries worldwide.
VASI has participated in FABTECH for three consecutive years and has established a strong network of returning customers. Several VASI member companies that exhibited in previous editions have secured significant business opportunities and export orders through the exhibition.

- Explore emerging technologies and industry trends.

Date: October 18 – 26, 2026
Location: Las Vegas, United States
The Vietnam Pavilion will be located at North Hall – Booth N9841, featuring approximately 16 exhibiting companies.

5. Support Provided by VASI
Each participating company will receive:
- One exhibition space of approximately 5 m², including a product display table, company poster backdrop, and access to a shared meeting area with tables and chairs.
- One exhibitor account for promoting company information on the FABTECH website, including customer search and networking functions.
- Company listing in the FABTECH Official Show Directory.
- Shared access to the Lead Retrieval system for scanning, collecting, and managing visitor information during the exhibition.
- Assistance with U.S. visa procedures, including:
- FABTECH invitation letter;
- Support letter from the Vietnam Trade Office in the United States;
- Official delegation decision issued by VASI.
- Training program on international trade fair participation skills and customer prospect preparation.
6. Eligibility
VASI member companies operating in the following sectors:
- Mechanical engineering
- Automation
- Molds and tooling
- Plastics
- Electrical equipment
- Electronics
Priority will be given to:
- Companies that have previously participated in FABTECH;
- Companies with export experience;
- Companies with strong potential to export to the United States and Canada;
- Companies supplying or serving global corporations.
7. Participation Cost
Estimated Cost: VND 120,000,000 per participant

- Six (06) nights at 3–4 star hotels (twin-sharing room) with breakfast
- All meals except six (06) meals during FABTECH exhibition days

- Six (06) lunches/dinners during FABTECH exhibition days
- Single-room supplement (if applicable)
8. Participant Responsibilities
- Fully participate in the program and comply with all program regulations.
- Complete all required administrative procedures and submit post-trip reports as requested by VASI.
Registration Information
- Registration deadline: June 6, 2026. Detailed application documents will be sent to each company after registration.
- Deposit deadline: Within three (03) days after receiving registration confirmation from VASI, and no later than June 10, 2026.
- Deposit amount: VND 35,000,000 per participant.
- Companies may join the delegation without exhibiting at the Vietnam Pavilion.
- Participants may arrange flexible travel schedules after the official program concludes.
